Golden October
The Golden October, torn.
ruthlessly pulls a sharp wind
the colorful splendor leaves
from the trees and drives them wild
before them.
The sun keeps a low profile,
may not watch the game.
summer dresses are forgotten,
a scarf could be useful.

snow is a typical weather phenomenon of the transitional month of October. "The month of October begins with summer and ending with winter," said DWD.
